At jadedstretpk.com , customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged product received

Defective item

Size issue (if applicable)

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Customers must provide order number and product photos/videos for verification.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used products

Clearance or sale items

Personal care items (if opened/used)

Once your request is approved:

Our team will guide you regarding return pickup or return address.

Replacement product will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds are only issued if replacement is unavailable.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Customers may need to pay return shipping charges for exchange requests not caused by seller error.

Currently, returns and exchanges are only available for orders delivered within Pakistan.
